✦ Proposed Business Plan ✦

Investor Information

A proposed creator combat event business. Review the thesis, commercial assumptions, funding milestones and risks before discussing investment.

✦
✦ Investment Thesis ✦

Combat Sports & Creator Audiences

The thesis is that an event format combining emerging fighters, creator participation and a professional headliner could attract both combat-sports and creator audiences. Audience conversion, unit economics and commercial demand still need to be tested.

The proposed format includes three Rising Star bouts, one creator StarFight and one professional Main Event, with optional DJ sets between bouts. Dates, venue, participants, rules and entertainment are not finalized. The annual target is subject to funding, approvals and event readiness.

✦ Proposed Business Model ✦

Revenue Hypotheses

Tickets & VIP

Potential event admission revenue, subject to venue, capacity, pricing and demand validation.

Sponsorships

Proposed brand inventory, subject to signed agreements. No sponsor commitments are announced.

Broadcast & PPV

Potential broadcast and pay-per-view revenue, subject to rights, distribution agreements and audience demand.

Merchandise

Potential event and participant merchandise, subject to rights, production costs and demand.

Projected revenues, valuations, audience totals and partner commitments are not published without supporting evidence.

✦ Roadmap & Milestone-Based Funding ✦

Evidence Before Expansion

The proposed approach is to link capital commitments to documented milestones rather than promise a full season at launch. Tranche amounts, release conditions, instruments and investor rights remain subject to due diligence and agreement; no finalized terms are published.

  1. Proposed Phase 1

    Validate the Plan

Develop an event budget, assess venue options and regulatory requirements, and test commercial interest before committing to production.

Proposed funding gate: documented budget, requirements and demand evidence.

  2. Proposed Phase 2

    Prepare a Pilot

Seek participant agreements, required approvals, medical and operational arrangements, and commercial contracts for a proposed first event.

Proposed funding gate: reviewed contracts and event-readiness documentation.

  3. Proposed Phase 3

    Review the Pilot

Assess actual revenue, costs, attendance and operational outcomes before committing to further events.

Proposed funding gate: reconciled pilot results and a reviewed next-event plan.

  4. Proposed Phase 4

    Evaluate Expansion

Work toward a target of three annual events only if pilot results and resources support it. AI-assisted matchmaking is a future-phase option, not a current capability.

Proposed funding gate: evidence for repeatability; separate feasibility and safety review before any AI investment.

✦ Risks & Open Questions ✦

What Must Be Tested

Execution & Approvals

Venue availability, regulatory approvals, medical requirements and participant readiness may delay or prevent an event.

Commercial Demand

Ticket sales, sponsor interest and broadcast demand are unvalidated. Revenue may not cover event costs.

Talent & Reputation

Participant availability, cancellations, rights and reputational issues may affect production and audience interest.

Capital & Technology

Further capital may be required. Scaling and future AI work involve cost, feasibility, data and governance risks. Investment may result in loss.
